It was the night before my first wedding last year. My sister was spending the night with me, and we decided to see which places would deliver food after midnight… and then it caught my eye. This beautiful cookie delivery company – FOR LATE NIGHT DELIVERIES. Uh. YES. Every type of cookie you could imagine was listed. We made a very large order, and posted our ridiculous form online. Shortly after, I get a comment from the hair and makeup artist that was set to be at our wedding the next day.

“Bring a big old box tomorrow, says your subconscious…”
And so I did! And thus began a beautiful friendship (centered around food…. but still).

Danielle and I have grown together throughout our businesses. She’s supported me, and she’s helped cover a lot of the boudoir marathons we host a couple of times a year. This girl has dropped everything for me, and is one of the most reliable vendors I could ever recommend. After our recent boudoir marathon wrapped up, she suggested the idea of dolling me up for a few photos myself! We switched out – a session for her and a makeover for me. As we did our thing, we also got to talking about business and different things we could do throughout the country. I’ll be announcing some of our adventures soon, so be sure to keep an eye out 😉

After Danielle completed my look, I called Mr. Chad and asked him if he’d be up for getting some photos with me too. This is how I know he loves me unconditionally – He worked ALL day long for the third day in a row, all on little sleep, was exhausted, and still came over with the biggest smile and lots of hugs and compliments. He’s the best! I handed over the camera to Danielle, and she got to work with snapping whatever poses I put us in.  And of course I had to snag some selfies 😉
