We had all woken up to the pitter patter of rain drops hitting our roofs. No bride dreams of a wedding day filled with rain, but Maddie remained hopeful that it would clear up. Sure enough! Just as it was time for photos to begin, the skies cleared, and the sun came pouring out.
Maddie and Jake opted to not do a first look, but to instead exchange a love note. She teased him a little with a photo her mother had taken of the very tip of her dress and veil in a beautiful field! SO. SWEET. Jake was all smiles when it was time for him to see his bride for the first time, and there were tears all around. As they said their vows, their closest friends and family cheered them on with nothing but love. The moment these two were announced as husband and wife, they stole away into the sunset. We captured their first moments shared together, and then spent that night celebrating! It was magnificent and oh-so perfect. Enjoy this plum and silver mountainside wedding!
