So, I’d like to introduce this gorgeous girl to you guys! Her name is Megan, and she will be my intern for a bit! Megan first contacted me towards the end of May about possibly learning from and helping me for awhile. This girl is so sweet, and she truly has a love for photography.
Megan will be coming with me on sessions and workshops, and she will be helping everyone out as well as third-shooting some weddings 🙂
On Monday, Megan and I headed up to NoDa for her senior portraits. It was a gorgeous day, and we met a lot of creepy old men with leaf blowers great friends! Since we went bright and early on a Monday, we didn’t have to worry about running into parallel parking issues either 😉 Not that I couldn’t take that on. I feel like the king of the parking spaces now.
I asked her to bring her camera along so she could get some with them, but then I thought about how my Canon camera would feel about taking photos of a Nikon… but my camera and I love diversity so we were all okay! And yes! I really just wrote about my camera’s feelings. Deal with it.
But yes- Megan and I had a nice time walking around NoDa. I love how detail-oriented she is. She appreciates the beauty in the simple things, and she has a great heart as well. I am really looking forward to having her by my side, and I think you guys will love her too 🙂
