I get to admit an embarrassing story to you guys… These two had contacted me about getting their photos done, but Laura’s name was showing up as LP when she would send me messages, which just so happen to be the same initials as a stylist I’m working with. SO I guess she sent me a message while I was waiting on the stylist to respond, and it just so happened to make sense to what I was waiting to hear. We had an entire conversation with me thinking it was the stylist rather than my client, and I guess it became very obvious after I asked if the models would be available that day HAHA. Lord. I had to laugh at her response informing me that I was probably mistaken about who I was talking to. Thankfully these two didn’t write me off as a crazy person, and we were able to get together this past weekend for a beautiful day full of fun!
Laura and Carson are celebrating their One Year mark for marriage, and suggested that we photograph at Winthrop since they met there! As I was driving there, I couldn’t help but feel so incredibly happy because
A ) I am doing what I LOVE (travel AND photography)
B ) It was a BEAUTIFUL day
C ) I had music and the AC blasting with a large diet coke sitting beside me!
When I arrived, I spotted Laura waving at me signaling she’d found a great parking spot. I got out and was greeted by some of the kindest and sweetest people ever 🙂 Laura reminded me of a lovely southern belle with her composure and cute southern accent, and it just made me picture them sitting on the front porch on a hot summer day while sipping some ice cold sweet tea. Carson is her witty other half that will do anything for her and will always surround her with strong loving arms 🙂 These two are SO wonderful and perfect – the type of couple that you know will spend the rest of their lives together. Congratulations on your one year mark, and here’s to many more!
