I was so excited to photograph these Charlotte bridal portraits for Logan. Logan and I headed to the Love Homestead for her Charlotte bridal portraits – a place dear to her heart as it’s her family’s land! This house has been in her family for generations, which I think is so amazing. Logan pulled together all of these amazing vintage decorations on the spur of a moment to really set the scene. She incorporated old photographs of her mom and her grandma to add to that vintage look. She brought in gorgeous flowers, a handmade quilt for the old bed that was in the room, and other various items that created a unique and very specific style for her bridal portraits. She is basically amazing! Her mother is just beyond incredible… When I arrived, I was blown away at all the wildflowers growing around, this glorious rustic home, and the vintage setups that her mom, Patti, had created for us using antique furniture and details. I had so much fun photographing Logan’s bridal portraits. I think I might call her when I need another styled portrait session.
