I remember at their consultation when they showed me the venue. I remember when we laughed and joked around like old friends reunited. I remember them telling me how much they love the beach, how it’s one of their favorite places to get away to. They couldn’t stress enough how important photography was for their wedding (YAY!). I especially remember leaving and praying that they would allow me to photograph their day!
As the time got closer, Morgan and I talked about the details, and I watched as a gorgeous beach themed wedding unfolded, complete with shells from their past trips, handmade toe shoes perfect for the sand, hand-sewn love within her dress, the perfect getaway car, and the finest touches added by friends and family.
On their day, I fought back tears on more than one occasion for sure! If you haven’t checked out the first look with her dad, omg you HAVE to! I had everyone clear the room as her dad walked in to see his baby for the first time in her gown, and I LOST it as I watched them hug and love on each other through tears of joy! Even while editing, I had to take a moment because it is seriously the sweetest ever. At the end of the night, after all had celebrated and enjoyed the company of loved ones, these two departed for a fabulous honeymoon in St John!
